HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:

We are excited to announce that for qualifying players our partner, Every Kid Sports will cover up to $150 of the division price of your total registration fee! Families only need to cover the mandatory $10 fee plus the shipping, processing, and any additional merchandise fees.  It will only cost you about $10 to play CHIEFS NFL FLAG football.

*When applying for Every Kid Sports applicants should make sure they are selecting NFL FLAG Football not just Flag Football. There are funds set aside specifically for NFL FLAG which is a different application option from just Flag Football.

APPLICATION PROCESS WITH CHIEFS FLAG FOOTBALL

Overview of Every Kid Sports Requirements/Process:
* All applicants for Every Kid Sports must take ownership of the registration process for the activity they wish to participate in. This includes creating their own account and completing their own registration.
* Every Kid Sports will cover ONLY the division price. Any Sports Connect service fees will not be covered.
* Every Kid Sports requires all applicants to pay $10 of their own money towards the activity they are registering for plus the cost of any additional merchandise they purchase.
* Approved applicants will receive their approved funds from Every Kid Sports on an "Electronic" debit card. Once approved this will be emailed to the applicant. They will not receive a physical card.
*The billing address for this "Electronic" card is the address the applicant used on their Every Kid Sports application.*Any funds not used on the "Electronic" card within a certain period will be returned automatically to Every Kid Sports.

Processing Payment/ Registration Instructions:
All Every Kid Sports registrant will register up to the point of payment and leave the registration in their shopping cart. At that point you will have to contact a member of your team who would then login to Sports Connect as an admin and collect both payments on the account. The first being for $10.00 and any extra merchandise/service fees on the customers personal card and the remaining amount on the Every Kid Sports electronic card.

Please be aware of the following items:
* If the customer has added additional merchandise (shorts, socks, gloves, etc.) to their order the cost of those items will need to be added to the $10.00 on their personal card as the fund on the electronic card will not cover that cost.
*If the billing address does not match it could put the funds in a pending status with the bank that could take days to a couple weeks to "fall off" freezing those funds.

Helpful Hints:

1. When Applying, please request the full amount of $150.00 to apply toward the account. To streamline the process, we are asking all applicants apply for this amount to ensure we are covering a variety of different league location registration costs. Any funds not used on the "Electronic" card within a certain period will be returned automatically to Every Kid Sports. 
2. PLEASE DO NOT CHECKOUT USING PAYMENT PLAN OPTION. All payments must be submitted with an administration representative with Chiefs Flag. There is a fee associated with the payment plan, and will increase registration amount. 
3. **Please Note: You will not be placed onto a team until your league payment has been paid in full. Also, no additional discounts or promotions can be combined with this offering.
