It’s Ring Ceremony week, we are so excited to see all your Smiling Faces!!We are looking forward to an evening of fun & celebration.

Let’s represent our Leagues by wearing our Chiefs Flag Jerseys!

Check-in for tonight’s event anytime between 5-6pm at the front door with your Chiefs Flag Representative!

We will be using the data collected on stripe when you purchase the tickets (buyer first and last name). If you purchased more than one ticket, please show up together. If additional tickets need to be purchased, Crystal Ford will be taking care of those additional ticket purchases in a separate line. You may pick up previously purchased tickets in any line.

During check-in, you will receive your bracelet, game card, and meal ticket. Redeem meal ticket in the kitchen, dinner is available between 6:00 and 7:30 pm.

Purchasing tickets tonight? We will have them available for $25 each - cash is preferred.

Division Winners: See the attached schedule. All division winners please meet 5 minutes before their scheduled ring ceremony, outside the banquet room.

**If you’re not sure when your team is scheduled for the ring ceremony, please check the included schedule for both locations. We have teams outlined for each location, directed by your head coach. All coaches have let us know which location they will be attending.

A reminder with your All Access Pass that you purchased you will receive:

• 2 1/2 hours Arcade Card (time starts once you play your first game)
• 4 hours of Bowling (shoes are included) Ropes
• Course & Laser Tag (These activities will need to be reserved at Main Event once you arrive)
• Shuffleboard & Pool our First come / First serve
